Impact Affiliate Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Impact Leadership Network (ILN) Affiliate Referral Program!

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the ILN Affiliate Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Program allows you to earn a referral fee for qualified clients and career leads you refer to ILN.

2. Qualified Leads

A qualified lead is defined as:

  • Qualified Career Leads: A qualified career lead is generated when someone you refer schedules a meeting with Impact Leadership Network and becomes a licensed active associate.

  • Qualified Client Leads: A qualified client lead is generated when someone you refer schedules a meeting with Impact Leadership Network and becomes a paying client.

3. Referral Fee

You will earn a one-time referral fee of $50 for each qualified lead.

4. Referral Process

  • To participate, you must sign up for the Program through the designated ILN Affiliate portal.

  • You will be provided with a unique tracking link or code to use when referring potential clients or career leads.

  • All leads must be generated through your unique tracking link or code to be eligible for a referral fee.

  • You are responsible for promoting the Program and ILN services in a professional and ethical manner.

5. Payment

  • Referral fees will be paid out when either you reach the minimum account balance threshold of $250.00 or 30 days after a lead qualifies (becomes a licensed and active team member or converted client).

  • Payment will be made via the Tremendous platform as a Visa gift card on all qualified leads.

  • Impact Leadership Network, Inc reserves the right to withhold payment for any reason, including but not limited to, fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that is misleading, deceptive, or unethical in promoting the Program.

  • Spamming, using purchased email lists, or other unethical lead generation practices are strictly prohibited.

  • You may not promote ILN services in a manner that is disparaging or competitive to ILN's existing marketing efforts.

  • Offering incentives (beyond the standard referral fee) to potential leads is not permitted.

7. Term & Termination

  • ILN reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

  • You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to ILN.

8. Disclaimer

ILN makes no guarantees regarding the number of qualified leads you will generate or the amount of referral fees you will earn. Your success in the Program depends on your own outreach efforts.

9. Limitation of Liability

ILN shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to, lost revenue, lost profits, or reputational harm.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ILN regarding the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written.

12. Amendment

ILN reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the ILN website. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
